After a successful career in innovation, operations, & change management, at age 63, I found the time to pursue my passion and bring to life my vision: reinventing jewelry. For over 100,000 years, we’ve grappled with common jewelry woes: fumbling behind our necks, struggling with tiny closures (especially with long nails or as we age), and dealing with a jumble of chains in our jewelry boxes.
ChangeOut Jewelry Component Systems emerged from this desire for improvement. Adaptive Jewelry by Design: created with love; born out of necessity - and realized with the help of my two granddaughters and friends. Collectively, for us, it’s not just about aesthetics; it’s also about convenience, affordability, adaptability and sustainability.
